Episode 129 - High Anxiety (1977)
We're finally getting to Mel Brooks! It's Rob's favorite parody film of all time, spoofing the movies of Alfred Hitchcock. And who better to join in on the discussion than someone who has never seen a Hitchcock film, it's Ben! Together, they start by waxing philosophical about memes and fallacies for half an hour, and then finally get to the parody genre and the film. This eventually leads into another foray through the state of modern comedy that drifts to some issues the hosts have with toilet humor and kink-shaming. But don't fret! They never forget about High Anxiety and how great it truly is.
